ART HANDLING SERVICES

Booth Installation Services
TOAF Dallas participating artists can hire FGIII Fine Art Productions for a rate of $250 per hour, (two installers), to install 2-dimensional art within their booth. Artists are required to pay booth installation fees in advance to secure your installation on our schedule. Booth installation services book fast.
(Rates may vary pending overall art review with the artist. Oversized, extremely heavy art, works that require electrical components and/or specific unique hardware can increase installation fees.)

Receiving Art Shipment Services
For a flat rate of $350, TOAF participating artists can hire FGIII Fine Art Productions to:
1. receive USA domestic art/crates/exhibiting materials
2. store these items in our warehouse
3. delivery art/crates/exhibiting materials to TOAF Dallas (Dallas Market Hall, North Hall, Market Center Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207) FGIII and the artist will examine all art/crates/exhibiting materials on location at TOAF Dallas to ensure all contents have been delivered.
Upon review with the artist, FGIII can receive international shipping of art/crates/exhibiting materials.
(Rates to be dertermined pending overall shipping review with the artist. The artist is responsible for paying for their shipping expense directly to their shipping handler.)

Return Art Shipment Services
For a flat rate of $350, participating artists can hire FGIII Fine Art Productions to manage the process of shipping (USA domestic) their art/crates/exhibiting materials, from Dallas, TX, back to their home destination locations.
1. On the final day of TOAF Dallas, FGIII and the artist will document any remaining art/crates/exhibiting materials and the artist will re-pack their crates.
2. Once crates are re-packed, FGIII will delivery these art/crates/exhibiting materials back to our warehouse.
3. Finally, the artist will schedule shipping and FGIII will manage the process of handling their art/crates/exhibiting materials back to the artist within 7 – 15 business days.

We understand that shipping your art/crates/exhibiting materials to TOAF Dallas can be a stressful process to manage. FGIII Fine Art Productions can assist you with this process. We can recommend a carrier/shipping company. You can request more information when you submit your inquiry.
FGIII will provide complimentary professional onsite soft wrapping services, for all art purchased at TOAF Dallas, providing each buyer an effortless process of leaving the art fair with their art immediately.
FGIII can provide USA domestic shipping services for any art purchased at TOAF Dallas. (fees to be determined upon request)
Additional art handling services include; art crating, delivery and installation services for private residential collections, commercial showrooms and gallery art shows and exhibitions. Our meticulously trained keen eye, our confidence and our commitment to excellence, leaves your space with an exclusive, one of a kind, custom installation.
